CERTIFICATION
This industry workshop prepares and certifies industry technicians and engineers in the IPC J Standard credential. Covers materials, methods, and verification criteria for producing high-quality soldered leaded and lead-free interconnections. It emphasizes process control ad established industry consensus requirements for a broad range of electronic connections. Lab kits, materials, text and certification testing provided by a certified IPC trainer. Seating is limited to 12.

RECERTIFICATION (Aug 25 or Aug 26 or Aug 27 or Aug 28)
Renew your certification for IPC J Standard. This workshop includes a review from a Certified IPC Trainer (CIT). Text and materials provided.

IPC-A-610 is the most widely used inspection standard in the electronics industry. All materials will be supplied along with IPC testing for certification by an IPC-certified trainer. IPC-WHMA-A-620 Certification: Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies

Expand your skills and become a certified IPC application specialist (CIS). The industry-standard course for cable and wire harness fabrication and installation includes hands-on labs with training from a certified IPC trainer (CIT). Text and materials provided. Seating is limited to 8.

Learn to solder electronic connectors, components, and printed circuit boards using industry standards. Topics include component ID, safety, soldering, desoldering, ESD safety, through hole and surface mount techniques. Several projects will be soldered. All parts, text, and materials are provided.

Learn basics of DC circuits..Topics include common components such as resistors, capacitors, inductors, switches, LEDs and how they work, series and parallel circuit builds on a prototype board, use of meters, power supplies,and troubleshooting.
