Instead, they are a starting point to help us to better understand your needs, and to work requested projects into our production schedule.
After you submit your form, an AVP must approve the request before production begins. Be prepared to provide any additional information needed. Marketing will confirm with you the final schedule for project completion.
Note: Work on your request begins after we have received approval, all pertinent information and relevant materials, proposed marketing copy, and event logistic information. Final timelines will be based on the following criteria:
- Review and approve requests.
- Final content and deliverable deadline.
- Competing priorities within Marketing.
