Class Description
This training is focused on helping your company improve workforce safety. Gordon Brennan, President of Priority Protection Group, will discuss Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM) and its applications across industries.
Topics include reactive aggression, targeted violence, and understanding the pathway to violence. Workplace prevention strategies will also be covered, such as educating the workforce, incentivizing reporting, creating and empowering a behavioral threat assessment team, and leveraging all available resources.
Books & Supplies: Any required books, software, or materials will be communicated prior to the start of training.
