Supply chains exist in every organization—from large companies to small retail stores— and even in the daily management of a household. We all have supply chain experience, even if we don’t realize it.
Supply Chain 101 is designed to provide a foundational understanding of supply chain processes within manufacturing and distribution (including retail) companies.
This training is ideal for individuals seeking a broader understanding of how supply chains function or looking for ideas to improve existing processes. The course also explores the importance of trust and communication between supply chain partners and other business stakeholders.
Participants will gain an overview of the key components, processes, and strategies involved in managing the flow of goods, services, and information from suppliers to customers.
