Class Description

Every organization will face moments of crisis, uncertainty, or unexpected news. How you communicate in those moments can either preserve trust or make a difficult situation worse. This practical course will help participants communicate during a crisis or share unexpected, difficult news with clarity, confidence, and compassion. Participants will leave with a simple framework and practical tools to strengthen their organization's communication readiness.

Instructor Bio

Emillio Rodriguez, MBA, leads communications and public relations for Intermountain Health, supporting Logan Regional Hospital, Bear River Valley Hospital, and surrounding clinics.

Throughout his career in healthcare communications and public relations, he has helped leaders navigate crises, organizational change, and other high-stakes communication challenges.

Emillio brings practical, real-world experience and a clear, compassionate approach to communicating when it matters most, helping organizations preserve trust and lead with confidence in difficult moments.
