AI Agents & Workflow
Class Description
The AI Agents and Workflows class focuses on building automated systems that can handle repetitive, time-consuming tasks with minimal human involvement. It introduces the concept of AI agents that can follow defined processes, make basic decisions, and interact with tools like email, help desk platforms, and phone systems. The course walks through how to design workflows that connect these agents to real business tasks, such as triaging support tickets, responding to common inquiries, and managing routine communications.
Key takeaways include understanding how to break down processes into clear, repeatable steps, selecting the right tools to support automation, and setting up agents that can reliably execute tasks without constant oversight. Learners also gain practical experience designing workflows for common use cases like customer support, inbox management, and call handling, along with strategies for monitoring performance and improving reliability over time.
