Class Description
This introductory course explains what artificial intelligence is, how modern AI tools generate responses, and where they can provide practical value in the workplace. Participants will learn how to write effective prompts, refine results, verify AI-generated information, and avoid common mistakes.
The class also covers data privacy, responsible AI use, limitations such as inaccurate or fabricated responses, and guidelines for deciding what information should or should not be entered into an AI system. Participants will receive an overview of common features available in tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, along with hands-on examples for writing, research, brainstorming, summarization, and everyday business tasks.
