Attend the upcoming Crucial Teams course and learn how to transform team differences from a source of friction into a source of strength. Crucial Teams is based on the Strength Deployment Inventory® (SDI), a workplace personality assessment that helps people gain greater awareness about the way they approach work and relate with others. You and your teammates will complete the SDI assessment, receive a personalized report, and learn about your own and each other’s unique motives and strengths that you bring to the workplace. Together you will discover what makes each other tick, gain greater appreciation for one another, and learn skills to improve how you work with each other.

Team attendance is recommended for best results. Individuals may still register alone.
