Alan Christensen has led strategic growth consulting engagements for 500+ small businesses in many industries across 20 states. Over the past 10 years, he has provided strategic growth guidance to multi-million dollar companies as a team leader for NCEG’s National Strategic Research Team.
As a professional trainer, he has helped hundreds of small business owners grow their businesses and improve profitability. Additionally, he has trained leaders on leadership, managers on management, and consultants on consulting locally and nationally.
As an educator, Christensen has developed business curricula for multiple colleges and universities. He is a tenured faculty in the business department of Snow College and the founder of Strategy Guidemap.
