Managing Difficult Personalities - Custom Fit

Several eggs with one egg showing a grumpy face, symbolizing different personalities.

Class Description

This is one of our most popular and requested workshop topics!

Many of us have taken light-hearted personality tests online. These exercises can be fun and offer surprising insights.

But what if we took those insights a few steps further?

In this workshop, we will examine our own personalities and preferences to understand how they directly influence our performance in the workplace. We will also learn how to recognize those same traits in our team members.

By doing so, we can leverage our team’s strengths, take a more strategic approach to employee development, and deliver personalized leadership that truly fits the needs of each individual.

In This Workshop, We’ll Explore How to:

  • Recognize and celebrate personality and preference differences in our teams
  • Identify personality preferences and how they shape work performance
  • Use strategic tools to match personalities with roles and responsibilities
  • Develop growth strategies to support personal and employee development

Books & Supplies: Any required books, software, or materials will be communicated prior to the start of training.
