Managing Stress, Fatigue, and Burnout (Dec) - Custom Fit

Class Description

Research suggests that workplace burnout reached an all-time high last year, with approximately 66% of U.S. workers feeling excessively stressed and burned out. Invariably, these kinds of realities affect every corner of both business and life.

Most companies and their leaders, however, struggle to find a resolution. Without infinite budgets to address labor shortages or provide advanced tools, how can we re-engage tired teams and disinterested employees?

This workshop is designed to evaluate real, practical tools we can implement – both personally and within our organizations – to address the challenges of stress and burnout. We examine multiple research studies showing the most effective methods to manage stress and burnout, backing our discussion with proven methods rather than high-level theories.

Within this class, we will also take a survey and tailor the class discussion to dynamically address what you need most.

Specifically, this workshop will examine:

  • The distinct differences between stress and burnout
  • The shared responsibilities of both employers and employees in addressing stress management
  • Hands-on resources to address personal stress and burnout
  • Strategies to address stress and burnout with our teams and organizations

Books & Supplies: Any required books, software, or materials will be communicated prior to the start of training.
