Class Description
The OSHA 30-Hour Construction course provides comprehensive training for construction supervisors and workers with safety responsibilities. Core topics include OSHA's Focus Four hazards—falls, electrocution, struck-by, and caught-in/between—alongside managing safety and health, PPE, health hazards, and stairway and ladder safety. Additional electives, customized to site-specific risks, may cover areas such as scaffolding, excavation, confined spaces, fire prevention, and leadership. The course emphasizes hazard recognition, prevention, and effective safety practices aligned with OSHA standards. Upon successful completion, participants receive an OSHA 30 card, demonstrating their qualification to promote and enforce safe work environments.
