Pit Crew Challenge
The Pit Crew Challenge puts your team in a NASCAR-style pit crew simulation to experience teamwork excellence in action through the Continuous Improvement method.
After the simulation, your team will apply what they learned to a project of your choosing.
In this follow-up session, participants practice teamwork and continuous improvement principles and apply them to real work.
