Introduction to Interior Design
Interior Design Fundamentals
This 30-hour course is offered online or in person and provides a basic introduction to the skills and standards needed to be successful in the interior design industry.
Creative and innovative thinking is encouraged while applying specific technical skills that demonstrate natural talent for design and professionalism. Key industry standards and foundational skills are introduced throughout the course.
Assignments, projects, and quizzes allow students to demonstrate their understanding of course content and expectations, as well as their ability to apply design skills and standards in preparation for the Interior Design program.
Students who demonstrate creative talent and technical skill and earn a passing grade of 80% are eligible to enroll in the Interior Design program.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration should they not be able to attend. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be given on or after the first day of class.

After logging in, follow these steps to register for Continuing Education courses in the MYBTECH portal:
- Log in to the MyBTECH portal.
- Click the Continuing Education tab.
- Select Register for CE.
- Choose Add/Drop Courses.
- Change TERM to Continuing Education.
- Enter the registration code listed with the class dates to find your course.
- Select Add and complete payment.
