Refund Policy

Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration should they not be able to attend. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds, in whole or in part, will be given on or after the first day of class.

Instructor

Matt Harrington is an ordinary guy engaged in creating extraordinary things in the world through his work within The Everyday Leader. Matt grew up in a large family on a farm in southern Arizona. Planting and nurturing crops each year provided the possibility of a harvest, and leadership is no different. What you plant and nurture grows. Matt helps people see that they always have a choice, and then choose to create who they are and what they want to bring about in the world.

Drawing on real-world experience across coaching, entrepreneurship, and operational leadership, he brings practical tools that create clarity and accelerate execution.
