What Keeps You Up At Night? Planning Considerations for Growing Businesses
Business Risk & Planning Seminar
New and growing businesses face a constant uphill battle, with nearly 65% failing in their first ten years. With the level of attention and focus required to make a business work, it’s no surprise that important elements of business planning are often postponed in favor of more immediate demands.
In this seminar, participants will explore strategies to address business risks that many owners and managers worry about but don’t always take action to solve. Identifying and addressing these planning considerations can bring greater confidence across an organization—from owners and managers to frontline employees.
Key Topics Include:
- Risk management
- Key employee planning and retention
- Buy/sell funding
- Business succession planning
- Employee benefits
- Deferred compensation and retirement plans
