Food Service Manager Certification

Description

All businesses selling food to the public in Utah must have a trained food service manager certification. Proctoring is available for students who have taken the exam before or through another entity. Contact Rex at rdavidsavor@btech.edu or (435) 750-3237 for more information. 

The full course is an internet-based course with a setup proctor time. 

The course is on average 20 hours to complete with a 2-hour test which is proctored at Bridgerland.

The State of Utah accepts 7 different food safety managers, Bridgerland can proctor the test for the 2 of the 7 (National Registry of Food Safety Professionals and National Restaurant Association (ServSafe)). 

 

Refund Policy

Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration should they not be able to attend. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds, in whole or in part, will be given on or after the first day of class.
