The bookstore provides a wide selection of books and required supplies, as well as snacks, drinks, and treats to keep students energized throughout the day. New items and deals are regularly added, including BTECH apparel and accessories.
The bookstore also offers a textbook buyback program for current edition textbooks used in courses. The value of a textbook is determined by demand and condition. Some textbooks may not qualify if they include sensitive access codes or are frequently updated. All textbook purchases are at the discretion of the bookstore manager.
Bookstore Return Policy
- Keep your receipts. Original receipts are required for all refunds, exchanges, and reimbursements.
- Unused textbooks may be returned with an original receipt within 5 business days of purchase.
- Some items cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
- Refunds are issued as cash or credit based on the original purchase method.
- Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same or similar item within 30 days. After 30 days, refer to the manufacturer’s warranty.
- All other returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.
- Clearance items are sold as-is and are not returnable.
- Clothing must be unworn and have original tags attached.
