Intermediate Fondant Cake Decorating

Take your cake decorating skills to the next level in this intermediate, hands-on fondant workshop. Students will learn how to cover cakes smoothly with fondant and create decorative fondant elements to apply to their finished cake.

This class focuses on technique, precision, and creative application to help students achieve clean, professional-looking fondant designs.

Camie Holden owns and manages Shaffer House Bakery and has over 30 years of experience decorating all-occasion cakes, anniversary cakes, tiered wedding cakes, and cupcakes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration should they not be able to attend. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be given on or after the first day of class. (Policy 900.920)
