Pre-Licensure Contractor
Contractor Pre-License & License Renewal Course
This License Renewal / Pre-License course, offered through the Utah Home Builders Association, meets the 25-hour requirement to obtain a Contractor’s License in the State of Utah.
This course is required for all new contractor licenses.
Courses are taught by industry experts and cover essential topics including insurance, lien law, construction management, and accounting.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration should they not be able to attend. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be given on or after the first day of class. (Policy 900.920)
