Description

Join Chef Nanda Lindford for a hands-on workshop that explores the foundations of pastry through the classic French dough, Pâte à Choux. In this session, we'll take a deep dive into Profiteroles, learning the techniques behind this versatile and elegant dessert. You'll get to practice making, shaping, and exploring choux, and fill your creations with a variety of delicious fillings, smooth to crunchy — including Pastry Cream, Diplomat Cream, and refreshing options like mint and mango.  

Refund Policy

Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration should they not be able to attend. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds, in whole or in part, will be given on or after the first day of class. (Policy 900.920)

Instructor

Chef Nanda Linford
Professional Pastry Chef, graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute, one of the most renowned in the world, and also graduated from the Culinary Institute of the Americas.
Nanda also graduated from Rosalind Miller Cake in London, where she enhanced her skills in structured cakes and sugar flowers.
Nanda Linford also studied and completed training with the master chocolatier at the Pastry Academy by Amaury Guichon, learning much more about chocolaterie and French desserts. She won the Brazilian pastry reality show, (Que Seja Doce), in 2022, taking home the trophy for best pastry chef of the program.
