Italian Comfort Food - Date Night

Chefs Anne-Marie and Matt are back! Join us in the Bridgerland Culinary Department for an unforgettable date night experience. This class will be a date night experience, so we encourage couples to sign up, but anyone is welcome. Guests can enjoy a relaxed evening, taking in the fun and exciting culinary experience provided by professional chefs, Anne-Marie and Matt. The menu for the evening will include Antipasti, Fresh Sourdough Focaccia, Classic Carbonara with homemade Linguine, and an easy-to-make Tiramisu that will be the hit at your next dinner party! Once the demonstration is complete, guests can expect to enjoy a full meal, so make sure to come ready for dinner. We can’t wait to see you there! Ciao!
Meet Me in Cancun

Chefs Anne-Marie and Matt Wilkerson are pleased to present “Meet Me in Cancun,” a hands-on culinary experience at the Bridgerland Culinary Department. This class will take place in the classroom and in the kitchen, so guests should be prepared to dive into several easy-to-make Mexican delights. The menu for this class includes Flour Tortillas made from scratch, char-grilled Carne Asada, fresh-made Salsa, Guacamole, and the Tres Leches cake inspired by Disney’s Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival. Once the chefs-in-training have completed all recipes, they can sit down and enjoy their creations with their classmates. Space is limited, so sign up today!
Simple Sushi
October 11
Join Chefs Anne-Marie and Matt for a “Simple Sushi” demonstration! This class will take place in the demo kitchen and will involve some light hands-on instruction on a volunteer basis. Guests can expect to learn how to roll sushi in their own homes, using common ingredients and techniques that anyone can learn. This class will not involve any raw fish. Instead, the goal of this class is to learn a fun activity for the whole family or dinner parties, using ingredients more familiar to the American palate. Guests can expect to watch the demonstration, roll different styles of sushi using a sushi mat, and taste a small portion of each. As a bonus, the chefs will present methods to create easy sushi condiments and a simple Japanese-inspired dessert.
Waffle My Breakfast

Chef Anne-Marie is especially thrilled to share one of her favorite subjects with our guests: waffles! Anne-Marie is very passionate about her creative endeavors with this traditional breakfast food. In this class, chefs Anne-Marie and Matt will present a variety of classic and original recipes that will inspire you to make these treats for any occasion, at any time of day. The format of this class is the Chef’s table, during which the chefs will prepare and demonstrate various waffle creations and garnishes, from savory to sweet. Small portions of each preparation will be plated and garnished for the guests to enjoy.
Dinner in Honolulu

Ready for a Hawaiian holiday? If Hawaii is a little out of reach, join us for a Date Night culinary experience that will take your taste buds to Waikiki! Chefs Anne-Marie and Matt will demonstrate several Hawaiian dishes, including both classic and original recipes. As always, the emphasis will be on easy-to-approach preparations that anyone can make at home and that do not require special equipment. We encourage couples to join us, but anyone is welcome. On the menu for this evening: Sweet and Spicy Pulled Pork, Coconut Sticky Rice, Coconut Shrimp, Mac Salad, and Pineapple Brulee. Guests can expect to savor a full meal as they watch professional chefs provide an unforgettable experience. Aloha!
Mediterranean Mezze

Join chefs Anne-Marie and Matt Wilkerson on an international tour of the Mediterranean! Mezze is the topic featured in this class, which focuses on a collection of small “appetizers” from around the region of Greece, Italy, Northern Africa, and the Middle East. As usual, the chefs will present a variety of classic and original recipes, with a common sense approach that any home chef can master. The format of this class will be “Chef’s Table,” during which the chefs will prepare, demonstrate, and discuss a variety of sweet and savory bites for guests to enjoy.

Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds, in whole or in part, will be given on or after the first day of class.
