Enjoy spending time with Chefs Anne-Marie and Matt Wilkerson, Culinary Professionals in Cache Valley known for their fun, interactive classes, world-class catering, and passion for teaching.
Anne-Marie hails from a small town in Romania, where she learned cooking, baking, and crafting from a young age. Matt was raised in the restaurant business near New Orleans, Louisiana, and now serves as a Culinary Instructor at Bridgerland Technical College.
August 30
Join us for an unforgettable date night in the Bridgerland Culinary Department. Couples are encouraged to sign up, but everyone is welcome. Guests will enjoy a relaxed evening filled with great food and professional instruction.
Menu Includes: Antipasti, fresh sourdough focaccia, classic carbonara with homemade linguine, and an easy-to-make tiramisu. Guests will enjoy a full meal following the demonstration. Ciao!

This hands-on culinary experience invites guests into the classroom and kitchen to prepare approachable Mexican favorites.
Menu Includes: Scratch-made flour tortillas, char-grilled carne asada, fresh salsa, guacamole, and Tres Leches cake inspired by Disney’s Epcot Flower & Garden Festival. Guests will enjoy their creations together at the end of class.
October 11
Learn how to make sushi at home in this demonstration-based class with light hands-on participation. No raw fish is used—this class focuses on familiar ingredients and techniques perfect for family fun or dinner parties.
Guests will roll multiple sushi styles, taste samples, and learn to make easy sushi condiments and a simple Japanese-inspired dessert.
October 25
Chef Anne-Marie shares her passion for waffles in this Chef’s Table-style class. Guests will watch demonstrations of classic and creative waffle recipes ranging from savory to sweet.
Small portions of each waffle creation will be plated and garnished for guests to enjoy.
November 8
If Hawaii feels far away, join us for a Date Night culinary experience inspired by Waikiki. Couples are encouraged, but all are welcome.
Menu Includes: Sweet and spicy pulled pork, coconut sticky rice, coconut shrimp, mac salad, and pineapple brûlée. Guests will enjoy a full meal during the demonstration. Aloha!

Travel through Greece, Italy, Northern Africa, and the Middle East in this Chef’s Table-style class featuring mezze—small savory and sweet bites from across the Mediterranean.
Guests will enjoy a variety of classic and original recipes presented with practical, home-friendly techniques.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration should they not be able to attend. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be given on or after the first day of class. (Policy 900.920)
