Culinary Experiences with Chefs Anne-Marie & Matt Wilkerson

Enjoy spending time with Chefs Anne-Marie and Matt Wilkerson, Culinary Professionals in Cache Valley known for their fun, interactive classes, world-class catering, and passion for teaching.

Anne-Marie hails from a small town in Romania, where she learned cooking, baking, and crafting from a young age. Matt was raised in the restaurant business near New Orleans, Louisiana, and now serves as a Culinary Instructor at Bridgerland Technical College.

The Intentional Kitchen - July 18

A hands-on meal prep lab focused on cooking smart and intentionally. Students will work through sheet pan cooking, batch cooking, scaling recipes for one or two, and the basics of calculating macros — all designed to free up time during the week without sacrificing quality or flavor. No experience required.

Pastabilities - Aug 15

Fresh pasta from scratch in the culinary lab. Students will make their own pasta dough and work through three restaurant-quality dishes — Carbonara with Bacon and Aged Parmesan, Creamy Alfredo with White Wine, and a Classic Bolognese — with the technique to replicate them confidently at home.

A Taste of Romania - Aug 29

A demonstration class celebrating Chef Anne-Marie's heritage. Guests will be guided through a curated selection of beloved everyday Romanian dishes, closing with the Carpați — an elaborate, stunning layered dessert cake that is the highlight of the evening.

Weeknight Steak - Sept 12

A hands-on lab built around making a full, restaurant-quality steak dinner achievable on any weeknight. Students will sear their own steak, build a pan sauce, prepare sides, and plate a complete meal — with the technique to repeat it at home anytime.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration should they not be able to attend. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be given on or after the first day of class.
