Attorney Dave Eastman will discuss the steps your loved ones will need to take after your passing to administer your estate and the types of legal documents they will need to carry out their responsibilities. The course will also cover actions you can take today to make the process as easy and efficient as possible. Topics include:

  3. Individuals and organizations that need to be contacted after a death
  4. What happens to assets when death occurs
  5. How a living trust is administered in Arizona
  6. How a will is administered in Arizona
  7. What probate is and how it can be avoided
  8. Steps you can take today to make things easier for loved ones in the event of death or incapacity
  9. Legal documents every Arizona resident should have in place prior to death
  10. What happens to retirement accounts after death

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration should they not be able to attend. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be given on or after the first day of class. (Policy 900.920)
