Food Service Manager Certification

Description
All businesses selling food to the public in Utah must have a trained food service manager certification. Contact Rex at rdavidsavor@btech.edu or (435) 750-3237 for more information.
The full course an internet based course with a set up proctor time.
The course is on average 20 hours to complete with a 2 hour test which is proctored at Bridgerland.
The State of Utah accepts 7 different food safety managers, Bridglerand can proctor the test for the 2 of the 7 (National Registry of Food Safety Professionals and National Restaurant Association (ServSafe)).
