Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration should they not be able to attend. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds, in whole or in part, will be given on or after the first day of class.

Mark Christensen was raised in Willard, Utah, with 6 siblings. As a child, Mark had aspirations of being a Farmer. Never in a million years did he think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Mark was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. As the years went by, Mark worked his way from Entry Level Jobs to upper Management, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. Mark got into the real estate industry 27 years ago when he got his license in the late 90's, then move into Real Estate Investing, owning many rentals in Northern Utah and then decided to help others along their quest. He set out to be a agent again and see if he could share his knowledge of investing with people trying to sell their houses and buy houses. As his career advanced, Mark found his stride working with For Sale By Owners, and properties that aren't perfect in Northern Utah is the niche he liked. He’s an expert in Explaining how to get value out of your home and what makes a home worth the money, also how to end up with instant equity in a home you have purchased to use that as leverage for other things in your life. Throughout his career, Mark has earned numerous accolades, including:

Mark lives in Box Elder County with his family and pets on a small farm. In his free time, he enjoys Fishing, hiking and rides in his side by side with his wife. Mark aims to provide the highest level of service to his clients and takes deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
