Wildland Firefighter 1
Wildland Firefighter Training & Certification
Learn basic fire line construction, fire weather, and fire behavior. This course prepares students with foundational knowledge and skills required for wildland firefighting operations.
Upon successful completion, students will receive state certification and the following NWCG courses: S-130, L-180, I-100, and S-190. Completion qualifies students to be issued a red card by their respective employers.
Eligibility: Students must be 18 years old to certify.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration should they not be able to attend. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be given on or after the first day of class. (Policy 900.920)
