Description

Everyone has negative thoughts from time to time, but when they show up too often, they can steal joy, confidence, and focus.  These thoughts are called ANTs - Automatic Negative Thoughts
 
In this class, you’ll learn how to spot these sneaky ANTs and stop them before they take over.  

Refund Policy

Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration should they not be able to attend. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds, in whole or in part, will be given on or after the first day of class.

Instructor

Judy Crockett, is a retired professional with a distinguished 33-year career at Utah State University Public Safety. She is a Certified Brain Health Trainer, Neuroencoding Licensed Specialist, Ketone Therapeutic Optimization Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Senior Fitness Instructor, and Nutritionist. As the founder of the Thrive Tribe, she is dedicated to empowering women by fostering a supportive space for connection, growth, and self-care. Driven by a passion for helping others unlock their full potential, Judy is currently pursuing the Elite Brain Health Trainer certification with Amen University. Her mission is to improve the brain health and well-being of first responders, combining her expertise and dedication to make a lasting impact.
