Description

Learn to make beautiful collage papers using acrylic paint and gel plate. You will make an art collage with your painted papers. No experience is needed. 

Required Supplies
Acrylic Paint - any kind, 6 - 8 colors
A Scissors
Gel Plate (also known as a Gelli Plate) - any size (found on Amazon or art supply stores)
Brayer - any size
Brushes - a few old brushes
Papers - plain or printed (old book pages). No shiny or magazine pages
Stencils, Rubber Stamps, Mark Making Tools (like bottle caps or rubber scrapers)
Water Container and Spray Bottle
Plastic Bag for table cover
Wear old clothes and/or bring an apron
Paper Towels.
Aleene's Tacky Glue or any matte gel

Refund Policy

Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration should they not be able to attend. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds, in whole or in part, will be given on or after the first day of class.

Instructor

Terri Pate is a mixed-media artist originally from Minnesota. Her unique artwork uses all types of media, including oil, watercolor, and acrylic paints. She also uses various inks, beads, metal, fabric, wool, yarn, gourds, and other items to create texture and dimension in wall art and three-dimensional work.
