LOAs are for extenuating circumstances and supporting documentation will be required. Students enrolled in an adult LOA eligible program are allowed one LOA per 12 month period. Contact your instructor or Student Services

) on whether your program is LOA eligible.

. Please speak with your instructor before submitting a request. A student requesting an LOA must submit the request before the LOA start date, or as soon as possible in emergency situations.

LOAs may not be fewer than five school days or exceed 180 calendar days.
