Pozole Night: A Traditional Mexican Culinary Experience

Join us for an immersive cooking class celebrating one of Mexico's most beloved traditional dishes, Red Pozole! In this class, we'll explore every step of crafting this delicious hominy and pork-based stew, known for its vibrant red color and deep flavor. You will also learn how to prepare classic garnishes like fresh radishes, shredded cabbage, onion, and lime wedges. By the end of the class, you will have a bowl of homemade Red Pozole to enjoy!

Refund Policy

Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration should they not be able to attend. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds, in whole or in part, will be given on or after the first day of class.

Instructor

Instructor: Samantha Silvestre was raised in Tijuana, Mexico, near the San Diego border and has always enjoyed cooking. She graduated from BTECH Culinary Arts program in 2022 and continues to share her knowledge, enthusiasm, and recipes (many from her mother) with others.
