Students will learn the basics of navigating and creating in CLO, a cutting-edge, 3D fashion design software. Using CLO, students will learn how to create and/or modify 2D pattern pieces, sew pattern pieces together, and use 3D rendering tools to simulate those garments in 3D. Students will have the opportunity to expand their design capabilities, produce faster and more accurate apparel renderings, and obtain skills that industry leaders are actively seeking. Space is limited. Extra labs (worth 3 hours) will be scheduled with the instructor. This course fulfills credits toward the Outdoor Product Design and Development degree at Utah State University
