ESP Systems
Description
The ESP Systems course equips students with the essential skills to troubleshoot and work with electrical and pneumatic systems in everyday life and various industries. This course provides a comprehensive understanding of AC and DC electrical and pneumatic systems, which are fundamental to automation and efficient industrial operations. Students will gain practical knowledge in basic electrical circuit design, analysis, troubleshooting, instrumentation, schematic and component identification, the physics of electricity, applicable mathematics, and the principles of pressure and flow in pneumatic systems.
Competencies:
• Basic electrical circuit design, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Instrumentation, schematic, and component identification.
• Physics of electricity and applicable mathematics.
• Safety, maintenance, operation, and installation of electrical and pneumatic systems.
• Principles of pressure and flow, air logic, and performance and efficiency analysis in pneumatic systems.
• Design of electrical and pneumatic systems.
Objectives:
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of safety practices and procedures.
• Operate, install, and maintain electrical and pneumatic systems, tools, and devices.
• Read, utilize, and design electrical and pneumatic system schematics.
• Apply principles and applications of electrical and pneumatic systems.
• Apply systems diagnostics and troubleshooting of circuits.
• Analyze applications and design of pneumatic systems.
This course is competency-based and self-paced. Once enrolled, the course will be available for 120 days.

Refund Policy
Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration should they not be able to attend. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds, in whole or in part, will be given on or after the first day of class.
