Heartsaver First Aid with CPR and AED
Description
Includes basic first aid procedures and CPR for adults, children, and infants with the use of an AED. Two-year certification through the American Heart Association. This course requires a hands-on lab. This course is recommended for daycare providers, individuals trying to adopt children, foster parents, and anyone wanting a basic CPR class and/or first aid training.
This course does not satisfy the CPR requirement for the healthcare industry (CNA, EMT, Phlebotomy, Nursing, Dental Assisting, etc.). Please enroll in the BLS Provider course.
"The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in all AHA courses and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the AHA. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the AHA."
Refund Policy
Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration should they not be able to attend. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds, in whole or in part, will be given on or after the first day of class.
