Description

Explore an Armenian Dish, Lahmajoon, with culinary graduate Noraina Peterson. This pizza will add some Middle Eastern pizzazz to your palate. It's a great dish for any meal. The delicious thin flatbread is coated in a flavorful ground meat and tomato mixture, and there are endless possibilities to create your own creative style Lahmajoon to take or eat in class. You may want to bring your own apron and hair restraint.  

Refund Policy

Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration should they not be able to attend. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds, in whole or in part, will be given on or after the first day of class.

Instructor

Noraina Peterson a Los Angeles native, is a culinary enthusiast whose passion for cooking is deeply rooted in the rich cultural variety of her city. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Utah State University and a Culinary Arts Certificate from Bridgerland Technical College. Beyond the kitchen, Noraina enjoys family time and the art of quilting and embraces the great outdoors through hiking. Her zest for knowledge is ever-present as she expands her palate and interest in diverse culinary traditions.
