Description
In just five sessions, this course aims to inspire you to create your inaugural podcast within a few days. We'll delve into the whys and why-nots of podcasting, exploring its various purposes, from journaling to hobbyist pursuits. The primary focus will be non-business podcasting, covering essential aspects such as initiation and learning, equipment essentials, selection of publishing platforms, and effective promotion strategies.
Refund Policy
Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration should they not be able to attend. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds, in whole or in part, will be given on or after the first day of class.

Instructor Bio
Our presenter, Fred A. Coad, a fellow Summer Citizen and a recent entrant into the world of podcasting, will share insights gained from personal experience. With a weekly DJ show on Aggie Radio during the summers, numerous voiceovers for the Lyric Repertory Company, and hosting duties for several Summer Citizens Talent Shows, Fred brings a wealth of practical knowledge. His podcast topics range from entertainment musings in the Phoenix area to valuable tips and tricks for Summer Citizens. Additionally, Fred will provide valuable resources on accessing free training, studio time, publishing platforms, and promotional tools. Stay tuned for podcast links to be shared soon.
