Description
This course is designed for individuals new to WordPress who want to learn the basics of creating and managing a website. Participants will gain hands-on experience setting up a WordPress site, customizing its appearance, and adding content. The course covers essential concepts for beginners, providing a solid foundation for anyone interested in building and maintaining a website using WordPress. No prior knowledge of WordPress is required, but participants should have basic computer skills and internet navigation abilities.
Course Objectives:
By the end of the course, participants should be able to:
1. Understand the fundamental concepts of WordPress.
2. Create and configure a WordPress website.
3. Customize the website's appearance using themes.
4. Add and manage content, including pages and posts.
5. Work with media, such as images and videos, within WordPress.
6. Install and activate plugins to enhance website functionality.
7. Understand basic SEO principles to help visibility.
8. Learn options to secure your website and best practices.
7. Troubleshoot common issues and errors in WordPress.
8. Explore additional resources and advanced topics for further learning.

Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration should they not be able to attend. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds, in whole or in part, will be given on or after the first day of class.
