Welding Teacher Endorsement
This USBE-approved course is designed to assist current and future teachers in earning a Welding Teacher Endorsement. The course focuses on welding instructional methods, weld evaluation and assessment, and industry best practices.
To demonstrate competency, participants must pass written exams aligned with the Utah high school welding curriculum as well as required welder certification tests. If needed, arrangements may be made for additional time and practice to successfully complete the assessments.
Required Supplies
- Closed-toed shoes
- Long-sleeved work shirts
- Full-length pants
- Pliers
- Clear safety glasses
- Leather work gloves
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration should they not be able to attend. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be given on or after the first day of class. (Policy 900.920)
