Medical Terminology

Learn to speak the language of medicine while preparing for a career in the medical field.

Students will build a strong medical vocabulary using word roots, prefixes, suffixes, and combining forms commonly used in healthcare settings.

Program Preparation

This course is a prerequisite for the Practical Nursing program.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration should they not be able to attend. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be given on or after the first day of class. (Policy 900.920)

    Log in at my.btech.edu/ics. Select Continuing Education, choose Register for CE, change the term to Continuing Education, then search by class code.

    Add the class using the correct code and complete payment online.
